Work that has been measuredauditedshippedin production.
The case studies on this page are the engagements clients have permitted us to write about. They are not our most ambitious pieces of work, nor our most lucrative — those tend to belong inside private institutions and stay there. They are the ones where the outcomes have been audited, the names can be used, and the methods are useful to share. Read them as field notes, not as marketing.
Three engagements, written up in full.
We rebuilt the way Pier & Barrow's relationship managers prepare for, conduct, and follow up on every client conversation — and rebuilt the data fabric beneath it.
We replaced Aldoria's static route planner with a forecasting and routing stack that learns from every delivery — and we did it without disrupting a single overnight run.
We built a decision-support layer that helps Helia's consultants reach diagnoses faster and with more consistency — and we built it under the regulatory and audit constraints of a Class IIa medical device.
We have delivered well over a thousand engagements since 2004, and the great majority will never appear on a public page. A significant share of our work sits inside private banks, regulated healthcare providers, and government adjacent programmes where confidentiality is the brief. The case studies above are a small, deliberate selection of work where the client has agreed to be named and the numbers have been independently verified.
If you are evaluating us for a specific problem, ask. We will often share a relevant private case under NDA — including the technical brief, the architecture decisions we made, and the things we got wrong on the way to getting it right. That is usually a more useful conversation than a public page.
